PRIMO PASSO
The core of PRIMO PASS0 is a mobility network consisting of Mobility Hub nodes (PASSI) and the connecting bike lanes (PASSARE). Centered around PASS0 L’Innesto, it extends outward to surrounding communities, providing safe, sustainable mobility services and convenient public amenities.

The PASS0 L’Innesto Mobility Hub aims to create a vibrant, accessible, and sustainable urban space with diverse shared mobility options and community-focused services. Key features include:Shared Mobility Services, Support Services and Community Spaces

PRIMO PASSO
Shared Mobility Services: Bike-sharing hubs, scooter docks, EV charging stations,
Support Services: A bicycle repair shop and the PASS0 UNICO office for obtaining the Universal Access Key (UAK).
Community Spaces: A café for socializing and an activity room for workshops & events.
3 PASSI
PASSI aims to foster a cultural shift away from private car dependence by strengthening neighborhood sub-mobility hubs. This is achieved through the provision of practical alternative mobility solutions and tailored, location-specific services at designated car parks. The PASSARE intervention at L’Innesto will incorporate bike lanes and a walking path, encouraging sustainable short-distance travel. It will function as a vital connection between the neighborhood and mobility hubs.

PASS0 COMUNE
At its core, PASSARE is designed to be a space where residents can connect and build relationships. By organizing workshops, events, and initiatives along the pathway, the community will unite around shared goals of better transport habits and reduced emissions. The ultimate aim is to become a space of transformation—not only in mobility but in the way people interact with their environment and each other.

Events & Workshops
Workshops are community-led initiatives designed to foster connection, education, and engagement among residents. Organized along Passare's pedestrian-friendly streets and bike lanes, these workshops focus on promoting better transport habits and eco-conscious practices.

Service Diagrams
My service design uses concise visual frameworks: personas to define target users and motivations; journey maps to trace experiences, touchpoints, and pain points; a business model to map value, revenue, and relationships; an offering map to align products/services with goals; and a stakeholder map to clarify roles and dependencies. Together, these diagrams create a clear system view and drive coherent design decisions.
